Since I had a really hard time finding all the DLC for World at War (especially BLES!), I thought I'd post what I found here
Instructions:
1. Install the latest game update (1.07)
2. Install DLC pkg (all pkg) **use the region you have**
3. Install DLC fix
4. Done

Trinity Universe ALL DLC pack (BLES version)
Hey guys
I managed to get the rarest of DLC's so far, the Trinity universe full DLC pack, BLES00971

Since US and EUR are nowhere to be found, I had to get my hands on a JPN release of the DLC I grabbed from another PS3 system and convert them manually.
I don't know the full extent of the contents since i'm fairly new to the game but I can confirm these
DLC Content:
A LOT of ultra rare items
Legendary weapons
All sorts of equipment (Legendary included)
Extra missions
A TON of cash
and more...
Details on confirmed DLC are:
I already tested them on my system and everything is working 100% with full english content.Just install the PKG I created and you're good to go. Start your game and all DLC will be detected as soon as the game boots (you'll get confirmation messages of it)

5)just erased from DLC folder all other sub-folders except BSIDSCDLC0BPSCEA. And It works!!
After that you can delete the entire folder dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30629 or game data!!!

- Segueing into the events of Raiden's plotline, Jetstream's side story features Samuel Rodrigues as a playable character.
- During the course of the DLC, users can experience the events when he challenges 'World Marshall' to test his skills.

- The last of five DLC skins is the Metal Gear Solid 4 Raiden (MGS4 Raiden) body suit.
- These “Armor” body suits will confer upon Raiden the ability to carry slightly more items of a certain category.
- White Armor lets you carry more health replenishing item, Inferno (red) increases your grenade capacity, and Command (green) does the same for missiles.
